Walter C. Carson, Jr., President & CEO
Walter was a co-founder of our company with his father in 1966, and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is closely involved in strategic planning, marketing, and finance. Walter is active in community affairs, and is a past Chairman and current Board Member of the Savannah Economic Development Authority. He was educated at Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia.

Brian H. Haggerty, Vice President
Brian is in charge of marketing and business development. He has extensive experience in real estate development and financial management, and serves as a Project Executive on jobs for certain larger clients. Brian holds a Certified Florida General Contractor’s License (Unlimited), and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a major in Finance.

Chris Mayville,CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Chris has been with the company for over twenty years, first as a CPA with our auditing firm, and later as our Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience in public accounting, and is a specialist in construction accounting. He is responsible for all accounting and financial affairs of The Carson Company.

Walter C. Carson, III, President, Carson & Company, Inc.
Walter is the CEO of Carson & Company, Inc., an affiliated company that handles our special projects. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a major in Business Administration. We understand that each Project Team should be tailored to fit the specific parameters of each project. Walter’s group handles our residential, insurance repair, and smaller institutional and commercial projects. This specialization is useful in controlling costs by avoidance of burdening smaller projects with unnecessary jobsite overhead. It also allows the efficient use of trade contractors who specialize in smaller commercial projects.
